Merrill\u2019s also offers complementary products and services such as die-cut pouch\/mounting cards and value-added design, development, and tooling services. Merrill\u2019s operating footprint includes production sites in Burlingame, California, and Alajuela, Costa Rica, which are ISO 13485-certified and equipped with ISO Class 8 cleanrooms.<\/p>\n Merrill\u2019s Packaging was founded in 1961 and over more than six decades has grown to become a leader in custom thermoforming by focusing on the unique needs of its customers and consistently delivering quality, service, innovation, and professional attention.
