Effective immediately, all Atlas DuraTherm insulated shippers are being manufactured with ReGenX Technology.

Containing 30% recycled content, ReGenX enables the creation of more sustainable cold-chain packaging and insulation products that perform as well as those made from virgin materials, at no added cost. The result: smarter, circular solutions that benefits businesses, consumers, and the planet alike.

“ReGenX represents the future of responsible manufacturing,” said Todd Huemphner, general manager, Atlas Molded Products, a division of Atlas Roofing Corp. “We’re proving that sustainability and performance can coexist without compromise. “At Atlas, we believe in progress through purpose, and we’ve gone beyond imagining a more sustainable future: we’re creating it. ReGenX Technology is proof that you don’t have to sacrifice performance to improve sustainability.”

More than just a recycling program, ReGenX is a breakthrough in material science. Through advanced reclamation and reforming processes, Atlas collects, densifies and transforms both plant scrap and end-of-life products into a recycled content resin. The ReGenX resin is then used to manufacture new products with up to 50% recycled content.

Atlas DuraTherm and ThermalStar Products made with ReGenX Technology offer a range of measurable benefits:

30% recycled content without sacrificing performance.

Same price, same strength: no cost increase for sustainable materials.

Reduced waste and emissions, supporting ESG and LEED goals.

Certified quality assurance, engineered and guaranteed by Atlas.

Circular economy support, keeping materials in use and out of landfills.

ReGenX reflects the Atlas commitment to continuous improvement: small changes that lead to big impact.
