Credit: UPM. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"drop-cap\">UPM Raflatac, a self-adhesive paper and film provider, has announced the acquisition of Belgium-based Grafityp for an undisclosed amount.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>            <!-- sponsored-whitepaper sponsored hidden sponsored-with-form --><\/p>\n<p>The integration of Grafityp with UPM Raflatac\u2019s existing Graphics business segment is expected to bolster its position in the product segment.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This strategic move will expand the company\u2019s product portfolio and introduce new technologies to its offerings.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Grafityp offers self-adhesive graphics solutions, including colour films, print films, laminates, and wrapping films for various applications.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The company runs a manufacturing site in Houthalen, Belgium, and a distribution centre in the UK, employing a total of 100 people.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>UPM Raflatac Films and Specials senior vice-president Timo Kekki said: \u201cWe are committed to become a full product and service provider in graphics solutions. Merging Grafityp with UPM Graphics business accelerates our growth.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGrafityp is a leading, innovative graphics company with lot of know-how.
