Ardagh Holdings has outlined a series of leadership changes, including new board appointments and\u00a0an interim\u00a0group\u00a0chief financial officer (CFO).\u00a0<\/p>\n

Galdino Claro and Richard Navarre are set to join the board, which will also include Mark Porto as executive\u00a0chairman, along with Jean-Pierre Floris and Herman\u00a0Troskie.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The board changes follow the completion of the group\u2019s recapitalisation transaction and in connection with this, Damien O\u2019Brien and Paul Copley have stepped down from their roles as directors.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The company\u00a0named\u00a0Todd Brents\u00a0as\u00a0interim\u00a0group CFO from 1 January 2026.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

A process is ongoing to\u00a0identify\u00a0a permanent replacement for existing\u00a0CFO John Sheehan, who will retire\u00a0on 31 December.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Galdino Claro is an independent consultant,\u00a0adviser\u00a0and non-executive director with more than four decades of experience across the metals,\u00a0mining\u00a0and recycling sectors.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

His\u00a0previous\u00a0chief executive roles span both listed and privately owned companies Sims Limited, Harsco Metals and Minerals, the\u00a0Heico\u00a0Companies Metals Group, Aleris\u00a0America\u00a0and Wilmington Paper Corporation.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

He also serves as an independent director of Natural Resource Partners.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Navarre previously served as\u00a0chairman,\u00a0CEO\u00a0and president of Covia Corporation.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

His current roles include lead independent director at Core Natural Resources, chair of the board at Civeo Corporation and independent director at Natural Resource Partners.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Brents is a senior partner at\u00a0Beckway, where he leads the firm\u2019s finance practice.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

He has more than 25 years of financial leadership and business transformation experience in interim executive and consulting roles at AlixPartners, Frito-Lay and Arthur Andersen.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ardagh Holdings is the parent company of Ardagh Group, which supplies metal and glass packaging.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ardagh Group\u00a0operates 58 production facilities across 16 countries, employing\u00a09,000 people.\u00a0It\u00a0reported\u00a0sales of $9.1bn\u00a0in 2024.\u00a0<\/p>\n
