US-based packaging company TemperPack\u00a0has moved its Green Cell Foam manufacturing operations\u00a0in the US state of\u00a0Michigan\u00a0from Holt\u00a0to a larger site in Lansing.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The relocation is part of the expansion of its production and distribution network.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The new 135,000ft\u00b2 plant provides 60% more\u00a0manufacturing floor space than the company\u2019s\u00a0previous\u00a0facility.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

It\u00a0includes\u00a0new\u00a0production\u00a0equipment\u00a0and\u00a0upgraded\u00a0IT infrastructure, and an increased number of shipping and receiving docks.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The expanded site is intended to meet rising demand for TemperPack\u2019s Green Cell Foam insulation products.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Lansing facility\u00a0is centrally positioned with direct links to key interstate routes, which will improve access for freight hauliers and distribution partners throughout the region.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The added capacity reinforces\u00a0TemperPack\u2019s\u00a0efforts to develop alternatives to traditional packaging substrates.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Green Cell Foam is a plant-based insulation material that is certified compostable and is designed to deliver performance comparable to polystyrene foam.\u00a0<\/p>\n
