US consumer packaging firm Rohrer has appointed Danny Teixeira as its president and CEO, as part of an organised leadership transition.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Teixeira joined Rohrer in May 2023 as vice president and general manager of its Thermoforming Solutions Group.\u00a0<\/p>\n

At Thermoforming Solutions, he was involved in advancing the firm\u2019s operating model and long-term strategy.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Commenting on the appointment,\u00a0Teixeira\u00a0said:\u202f<\/em>\u201cI am excited to lead Rohrer through this next phase of\u00a0growth, and\u00a0look forward to continuing to partner closely with\u00a0Revelar\u00a0Capital. He later took on wider responsibilities as president of Rohrer\u2019s Print Division before being appointed to the top role.\u00a0<\/p>\n

His promotion is the result of a structured succession process and sees him take over from outgoing CEO Tim Swanson.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

According to the company, Swanson has been working alongside Teixeira and the broader leadership team in recent weeks to help ensure stability during the handover.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Rohrer designs and manufactures consumer packaging, supplying thermoformed and printed packaging solutions to brand owners across a range of end markets.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The company is backed by\u00a0Revelar\u00a0Capital, a New York-based private equity firm with investments spanning healthcare services, business\u00a0services\u00a0and speciality manufacturing.\u00a0<\/p>\n
