ProAmpac has appointed Jeffrey Lee as executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) with effect from 9 February 2026.<\/p>\n

Lee will replace Eric Bradford, who has\u00a0held\u00a0the\u00a0role of\u00a0CFO\u00a0since 2012.<\/p>\n

After stepping down, Bradford is set to join the company\u2019s board of directors and\u00a0become\u00a0senior adviser to founder, vice\u00a0chairman\u00a0and\u00a0CEO\u00a0Greg Tucker.<\/p>\n

Lee comes to\u00a0ProAmpac\u00a0after over six years as executive vice president and CFO at Cornerstone Building Brands.<\/p>\n

He previously held senior financial positions at Wilsonart International and Contech, in addition to spending 12 years in finance and operational roles at Eaton Corporation.<\/p>\n

Lee\u00a0said:\u00a0\u201cI am thrilled to join\u00a0ProAmpac\u00a0and serve as its next chief financial officer at such an exciting time for the company.<\/p>\n

Bradford\u00a0said:\u00a0\u201cIt has been an\u00a0honour\u00a0to serve as CFO of\u00a0ProAmpac\u00a0for the past 13 years and contribute to the evolution of this outstanding company.<\/p>\n

This change in leadership follows\u00a0an\u00a0expansion<\/a>\u00a0of\u00a0ProAmpac\u2019s\u00a0Food Board manufacturing operations at its Donegal site in Ireland.<\/p>\n

Last month, the company added a new production area within its existing facility, aiming to increase both output and production precision.<\/p>\n
