FirmaPak has purchased Easy Plastic Containers Corporation, a Canadian blow moulder producing plastic bottles, for an undisclosed sum.<\/p>\n

Easy Plastic serves a range of sectors such as automotive, health and beauty, food and beverage, industrial and pharmaceutical.<\/p>\n

Established in 1979, it operates two sites near Toronto, Ontario.<\/p>\n

Originally founded by George Seretis and Chris Grigoriadis, the company\u2019s current management includes Nick Seretis, Andy Seretis, Geena Grigoriadis, and Nick Vayenas.<\/p>\n

Easy Plastics president Nick Seretis said: \u201cBeing a part of FirmaPak provides additional resources, capabilities, and flexibility to support our growth, while preserving the responsiveness and relationships our customers value.\u201d<\/p>\n

Seretis will continue to head Easy Plastics, which will now operate as Easy Plastics, a FirmaPak Company.<\/p>\n

With this move, FirmaPak adds Canadian manufacturing to its US operations, which already include facilities in Kansas, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and California.<\/p>\n

The deal is also expected to broaden FirmaPak\u2019s offerings in personal care and pharmaceutical packaging.<\/p>\n

FirmaPak\u2019s portfolio also includes Container Services and Apex Plastics, both of which now operate under the FirmaPak brand.<\/p>\n

PMCF Investment Banking was the financial advisor to Easy Plastics for the transaction.<\/p>\n

FirmaPak CEO Rob Goldberg said: \u201cFirmaPak continues to grow both organically and through strategic acquisitions.<\/p>\n

In June 2025, FirmaPak acquired Lighthouse Packaging<\/a>\u00a0in California.<\/p>\n

Lighthouse Packaging was founded in 2015 by Ernie Hernandez and supplies both stock and bespoke\u202fpackaging products.<\/p>\n
