The acquisition broadens Inovar\u2019s product capabilities, while also expanding its Midwest footprint.<\/p>\n<p>Kiliper is a second-generation, family-owned wide-web printing and converting business with expertise in stretch sleeves, roll-fed labels, polybags and printed films. The company serves short-to-medium-run, regional and national customers across a diverse set of end markets, including food and beverage, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.packagingstrategies.com\/topics\/2997-household-packaging\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">household chemical<\/a>, pet food, industrial and janitorial\/sanitation. Kiliper is known for its wide-web, its flexo printing and converting capabilities and its ability to deliver high-quality, value-add solutions with fast turnaround times and great service.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs we grow, we continue to pursue strategic acquisitions and partner with leadership teams that align with our values, enhance our technical capabilities and expand the solutions we offer our customers,\u201d said Jeff Brezek, CEO of Inovar. \u201cKiliper meaningfully expands our platform into stretch sleeves, roll-fed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.packagingstrategies.com\/topics\/2676-labels\" id=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">labels<\/a>, and printed film applications, while complementing our existing manufacturing capabilities.
