However, a recently launched Finnish brand,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/persosoda.com\/\">Perso,<\/a>\u00a0significantly brightens the category.<\/p>\n<p>Making sodas in small batches, Perso sources citrus fruits from the family-owned\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.laudani.farm\/\">Laudani\u00a0<\/a>farm in Sicily and local apples from\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pakurlantila.fi\/\">Parkurlan Tila<\/a>. The range of small-batch sodas includes blackcurrant, sour apple, blood orange, and sour lemon.
