Offset press and packaging equipment supplier Graphco has undergone a change in ownership, according to a press release posted on What They Think<\/em>.<\/a><\/p>\n

Jeremy Gattozzi and John Berger have purchased the company, following discussions that began in Bainbridge, Ohio, US.<\/p>\n

Financial specifics of the deal remain undisclosed. <\/p>\n

The initial talks about succession at Graphco started with Gattozzi raising the topic with the company\u2019s president Chris Manley.<\/p>\n

This led to Gattozzi spending close to a year learning about the business, its operations, and the wider printing sector.<\/p>\n

During this time, he worked with Berger, who has experience running Dreison International for more than 40 years.<\/p>\n

Both parties spent significant time meeting Graphco staff, clients and suppliers, developing an understanding of the business\u2019s approach and reputation built over five decades.<\/p>\n

Gattozzi took on the role of chief operating officer at Graphco in December 2025 as the acquisition process moved forward. He has since added three employees to support ongoing growth.<\/p>\n

Gattozzi said: \u201cWhat became clear very quickly is that Graphco\u2019s success is built on its people. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe dedication of the team, the strength of the customer relationships, and the partnerships with our vendors are what make this company special. John and I are honoured to continue that legacy and help grow Graphco for the next 50 years.\u201d<\/p>\n

Berger will serve as CEO while Manley will continue as president. In addition, Theresa Manley will remain chief financial officer to provide stability during the transition.<\/p>\n

According to Berger, the strength of Graphco\u2019s team and its longstanding industry presence were key factors in the decision to invest.<\/p>\n

With new ownership in place and ongoing involvement from the Manley family, Graphco will continue operating with its existing leadership while planning future developments.<\/p>\n
