Imperial Dade has agreed to acquire Enterprise Paper Holdings, a Canadian distributor of paper, packaging and janitorial products.<\/p>\n

Financial terms of the deal were not revealed.<\/p>\n

Enterprise Paper was established in 1973 and operates in British Columbia and Alberta, supplying paper, packaging and janitorial products across Canada.<\/p>\n

In February 2025, Imperial Dade expanded its operations<\/a> via the acquisition of Athens Janitor Supply Company and Chittom Industries, together referred to as AJS.<\/p>\n
