This latest installation-BakPac\u2019s 6th Galaxy press-replaces its original Galaxy pouchmaker from September 2023, bringing the company\u2019s entire pouchmaking operation up to a single, high-performance standard.<\/p>\n<p>Since introducing Galaxy technology, BakPac has continuously expanded-most notably last year with two additional pouchmakers to increase UK pouch manufacturing capacity.<\/p>\n<p>With the new addition, all five Galaxy pouchmakers can run any job, at any time.<\/p>\n<h4>That means:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>No machine restrictions<\/li>\n<li>No scheduling bottlenecks<\/li>\n<li>No inconsistent output<\/li>\n<li>Faster turnaround<\/li>\n<li>Smarter scheduling<\/li>\n<li>Reliable, repeatable quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\" font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; display: inline !important; float: none;\">\u201cThe previous machine limited what we could run,\u201d said BakPac Production Supervisor Harvey Dailly. \u201cNow, every machine can take any job.
