Credit: Sibrapid \/ Shutterstock.com.  <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"drop-cap\">Employees at Amcor\u2019s Cramlington plant in Northumberland, UK, are increasing industrial action after refusing a pay proposal, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/articles\/ckgp0dgygylo\" target=\"_blank\"><em>BBC<\/em><\/a><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Unite members at the facility, which produces packaging for medicines, had been striking every Monday from 18 May.
