{"id":13690,"date":"2026-06-15T00:00:30","date_gmt":"2026-06-15T04:00:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.packagingindustrynews.com\/?p=13690"},"modified":"2026-06-15T00:00:30","modified_gmt":"2026-06-15T04:00:30","slug":"amcor-taps-avery-dennison-and-lowes-execs-for-leadership-roles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.packagingindustrynews.com\/?p=13690","title":{"rendered":"Amcor taps Avery Dennison and Lowe\u2019s execs for leadership roles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<br \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Amcor today announced the appointments of Ryan Yost as Division President, Global Flexible Packaging Solutions, and Kate Pearlman as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations &amp; Treasury.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith 25 years of leadership roles at Avery Dennison, Ryan brings proven success in delivering consistent, profitable organic growth, most recently as President of Avery Dennison\u2019s global $6 billion Materials Group,\u201d Amcor notes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Yost previously held various senior leadership roles spanning commercial, operations, supply chain, and material science responsibilities.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRyan will accelerate Amcor\u2019s organic growth strategy across the Global Flexible Packaging Solutions platform, building on the business\u2019 leadership positions in attractive end markets including healthcare, protein, pet food, liquids, beauty and personal care and foodservice,\u201d Amcor said. Yost will be based in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>Pearlman has more than 20 years of experience in investor relations, global treasury and risk management leadership at Fortune 200 companies. She joins Amcor from Lowe\u2019s, where she held the role of Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pearlman will lead Amcor\u2019s global investor relations function and will also assume responsibility for Amcor\u2019s treasury operations.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn this expanded role, she will strengthen alignment across capital market management, value creation and shareholder engagement,\u201d Amcor said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pearlman will report to Stephen Scherger, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and the role will be based in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRyan and Kate are exceptional leaders with proven track records of driving growth, building high-performing teams and translating strategy into results across large, global organizations,\u201d said Amcor CEO Peter Konieczny. \u201cI am highly confident in Amcor\u2019s business, strategy, and ability to deliver for our customers and shareholders. Ryan and Kate bring the right expertise to help us build momentum, and we\u2019re excited to welcome them as we position Amcor for its next phase of growth.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yost succeeds Fred Stephan, who is retiring from Amcor, and Pearlman succeeds Tracey Whitehead, who has chosen to remain in Australia and pursue opportunities there.
