Originally designed for block and sliced cheeses that require high seal integrity at high speeds, this multi-jaw flow wrapper combines patented servo ring technology and quick-release jaw design to deliver unmatched innovation in performance and quality to the flow-wrapping market.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Hayssen X850 was designed to build upon the strong foundation of our previous Hayssen RT model, a flow wrapper that has been a powerhouse for many cheese manufacturers for almost 70 years,\u201d said Jim Kolmus, Vice President of Innovation Operation, BW Packaging. \u201cRooted in customer feedback, the X850 modernizes the operators\u2019 experience in several ways, notably reducing the number of tasks and time required for maintenance.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<div id=\"paywall-container\">\n<p>With high throughput, the Hayssen X850 cycles up to 300 packs per minute (ppm) and detects and clears product jams without stopping.
