The brand also announced its 2025 Color of the Year,\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/c212.net\/c\/link\/?t=0&amp;l=en&amp;o=4225348-1&amp;h=118586234&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.hgtvhomebysherwinwilliams.com%2Fen%2Fcolors%2Fbrowse-colors%2Fgreen%2Fquietude-hgsw6212&amp;a=Quietude+(HGSW6212)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Quietude (HGSW6212)<\/a>, which is fairly reminiscent of hospital scrubs and the tasty McDonald\u2019s Shamrock Shake.<\/p>\n<p>Quietude does have some fairly elegant properties, and, according to the brand, the sage green has a blink-and-you\u2019ll-miss-it-blue undertone. Add it all up, and you have a color that lends itself to calm and serentiy. Of course, what should be notable to the most cynical folks working the design beat is how brands and color prognosticators still emphasize placid and subdued valium as everyday wallpaper for the soul.
