Sustainable packaging company Berry Global has joined the Petaluma Reusable Cup Project, a NextGen Consortium-led initiative, to promote reuse and circularity in packaging.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The project, which began on 5 August 2024, involves 30 US chains and local independent restaurants in Petaluma, California, including Starbucks, The Coca-Cola Company, PepsiCo, Peet\u2019s Coffee, and Yum! Brands.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Participating companies are offering reusable cups<\/a> as the free, default option across their stores, thereby providing Petaluma residents convenient access to reuse.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Reusable Cup Project has also installed 60 cup return bins across the city, where consumers can drop off their cups after use. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Berry\u2019s contribution to the project includes supplying some of the reusable cups, which are part of its B Circular Range.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

These 24oz cold cups made from widely recyclable high-density polyethylene are designed to support the circular economy and help brands meet sustainability goals.\u00a0<\/p>\n
