Archer Roose has been making waves with their innovative approach to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.packagingstrategies.com\/keywords\/3563-wine-packaging\" id=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">wine packaging<\/a>, and it was fascinating to dive into the many advantages of canned wine, a subject they\u2019ve championed since the brand\u2019s inception.<\/p>\n<p>I first learned about Archer Roose because of their collaboration with Cornell University on a\u00a0<a data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.packagingstrategies.com\/articles\/104871-archer-roose-cornell-revolutionize-canned-wine-with-award-winning-research\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">groundbreaking study<\/a>\u00a0that promises to set new standards for improving canned wine packaging across the entire industry. In our conversation, Leitner-Waldman provided insightful answers about why Archer Roose is openly sharing the findings of this study and why canned wine is poised to reshape the way consumers enjoy wine.<\/p>\n<hr\/>\n<h3>Why Archer Roose Embraced Canned Wine<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cThe story really starts around my dining room table. It was a Monday night, and I really wanted to have a glass of wine, but I had an early morning business trip, and I didn\u2019t want to open a bottle and leave it to rot in my fridge,\u201d Leitner-Waldman explains. \u201cOur journey to embracing canned wines was really driven by this desire to make a high-quality wine more accessible, sustainable, and aligned with modern lifestyles.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Leitner-Waldman adds: \u201cWe want to control how much we drink.
