What I have a difficult time understanding is the rebranding of these weight loss drugs for people with health concerns into \u201cvitamins\u201d or \u201cwellness treatments\u201d for people who don\u2019t need to lose weight, and if they do, it\u2019s five to ten pounds of water weight. The latest to lean into the cash grab?
