With a workforce of around 900 employees; production plants in Spain, China, and the UK; as well as engineering, sales, and service offices all over the world, Telstar is a significant addition to Syntegon\u2019s portfolio for liquid pharmaceutical processing. Further growth opportunities will also arise for Telstar as part of the Syntegon Group. Syntegon and Azbil have signed an agreement to not disclose any financial details. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\"><span class=\"ContentText ContentText_variant_bodyNormal\" data-testid=\"content-text\">\u201cWith the acquisition of Telstar, we will enhance our portfolio of innovative technologies and many successful references in the market.
