TLMI \u2013 the Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute \u2013 announced this year\u2019s Best-in-Class Winner<\/strong>s<\/strong> of their Printing Excellence Awards<\/strong> on the last night of their annual meeting, which was held September 29-October 2 in Orlando, Florida.<\/p>\n The TLMI Printing Excellence Awards celebrate outstanding printing and converting achievements in the North American Label and Packaging Industry. The awards recognize all print processes, including digital<\/a>, flexography<\/a>, gravure, offset, rotary screen, and multi-process.<\/p>\n Of the nine Best-in-Class category winners announced and celebrated on stage, Domino customers brought home three of those Best-in-Class awards.<\/p>\n Amherst Label, an Inovar company<\/a>, was awarded Best-in-Class in the category \u2018Beverage \u2013 Alcoholic\u2019<\/strong> for the label 13 Below Cold IPA \u2013 Baxter Brewing Company<\/strong>. The label was produced on one of their two MPS-Domino hybrid presses.<\/p>\n In addition to this Best-in-Class award, Amherst Label was also a First-Place winner with two other labels\u2026 All Times Sparkling Cider \u2013 Citizen Cider<\/strong> in the \u2018Beverage \u2013 Nonalcoholic\u2019<\/strong> category, and Gusto \u2013 Seven Birches Winery<\/strong> in the category \u2018Wine & Spirits \u2013 All, including neck label\u2019<\/strong>. In addition, Amherst Label earned Second Place in \u2018Wine & Spirits \u2013 All, including neck label\u2019<\/strong> for their label Essential Vermont Hopped Gin \u2013 Appalachian Gap Distillery \u2013 Switchback Brewing Company<\/strong>. \u00a0<\/p>\n ASL Print FX, an AWT Company<\/a>, was awarded Best-in-Class in the category \u2018Industrial & Automotive\u2019<\/strong> for the label East Penn Traveller\u2019s Choice RV Care<\/strong>. The label was produced on their Domino N610i digital UV inkjet label press.<\/p>\n International Label & Printing<\/a> was awarded Best-in-Class in the category \u2018Promotional & Extended Content\u2019<\/strong> for the label Laconic Foods Orange Blossom Honey<\/strong>. This label was produced on their Nilpeter<\/a>-Domino hybrid press.\u00a0<\/p>\n In addition, Domino customers Label King and Macaran were award winners with labels printed on their Domino N610i digital UV inkjet label press.\u00a0<\/p>\n Label King<\/a> was awarded First Place in the category of \u2018Household \u2013 UTC\u2019 <\/strong>for the label Elum Designs Disco Cowgirl Boot<\/strong>; First Place in the category of \u2018Wellness, Pharmaceutical, & Nutraceutical\u2019<\/strong> for the label Grizzly Peak Grateful Dave<\/strong>; First Place in the category of \u2018Beverage \u2013 Nonalcoholic\u2019 <\/strong>for the label Kavahol Alcohol-Free Kava Spirit<\/strong>; and Second Place in the category \u2018Wellness, Pharmaceutical, & Nutraceutical\u2019<\/strong> for the label Hydropro Chocolate Whey Protei<\/strong>n<\/strong>. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
