It\u2019s why everyone on the internet is singing the jingle, \u201cI\u2019m looking for a man in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.today.com\/popculture\/music\/tiktok-im-looking-for-a-man-in-finance-megan-boni-interview-rcna151152\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">finance, trust fund, 6\u20195, blue eyes<\/a>.\u201d However, the studio is, instead, striving to redefine NYC as a space that reflects its diverse population instead of one stereotypical subset of the population.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>For those who aren\u2019t in finance or don\u2019t have a trust fund, New York City is offensively expensive. Beyond the insane housing prices, which are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apartments.com\/rent-market-trends\/new-york-ny\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">149% higher<\/a> than the national average rent prices, the city also has its own accessibility issues.
