US-based sustainable custom packaging solutions provider AE Global has merged with Acorn East, a company specialising in industrial packaging supplies.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
This strategic move is set to expand their combined footprint and capabilities across industrial packaging, custom packaging, equipment, and automation sectors.<\/p>\n
The merged entity will establish its National Headquarters within a 150,000ft\u00b2 facility at Sunshine State Park.<\/p>\n
In line with its growth strategy, AE Global has appointed Josh Berman as the new director of packaging.<\/p>\n
Berman holds extensive experience and leadership in the packaging sector. He is the former owner of packaging systems supplier Alles, which was acquired by Mac Papers in 2013.<\/p>\n
Following the acquisition, Berman served as national director of equipment sales and service for Mac Papers.<\/p>\n
