UFP Packaging, a provider of industrial packaging solutions in North America, has opened its new corrugated facility in Jeffersonville, Indiana, US.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Covering an area of 165,000ft\u00b2, the new facility is set to enhance the company\u2019s manufacturing capacity in the country.<\/p>\n

The new plant will focus on advanced graphics and production capabilities tailored for the retail and e-commerce markets.<\/p>\n

UFP Packaging noted that the facility, which first opened in late 2024, is designed to offer both a robust stock box selection and bespoke corrugated solutions.<\/p>\n

The facility\u2019s expansion and advancement are scheduled to continue through 2025, with plans to incorporate new machinery and enter new market segments.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the new facility would include a range of corrugated capabilities such as colour printers, flexo folder-gluers, flatbed die cutters, and rotary die cutters.<\/p>\n

These additions will further reinforce UFP Packaging\u2019s commitment to providing innovative and automated production systems for its clients.<\/p>\n

UFP Packaging protective packaging vice-president Nick Hoffman said: \u201cThis facility represents UFP Packaging\u2019s commitment to innovation and supporting the evolving needs of our customers across diverse markets.\u201d<\/p>\n

Headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, UFP Packaging is a subsidiary of UFP Industries.<\/p>\n

Alongside its industrial packaging solutions, the company also manufactures wooden pallets and crates domestically. <\/p>\n

In November last year, UFP Packaging opened its new<\/a> Packaging Design and Development Centre (DDC) in Newnan, Georgia, US.<\/p>\n

Spanning 10,000ft\u00b2, the centre aimed to enhance customer engagement and drive innovation in packaging design.<\/p>\n

The DDC featured a prototyping workshop and an International Safe Transit Association-certified testing laboratory.<\/p>\n
