Credit: JHVEPhoto via Shutterstock.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"drop-cap\">Ardagh Glass Packaging-North America (AGP-North America), a division of Ardagh Group, has announced the completion of a solar facility construction at its glass manufacturing plant in Madera, California, US.<\/p>\n<p>            <!-- sponsored-whitepaper sponsored hidden sponsored-with-form --><\/p>\n<p>The plant will soon be powered by solar energy generated from the newly installed 13MW solar farm, spread over 55 acres.<\/p>\n<p>Clean energy generated by the solar field will be enough to fulfil nearly 20% of the electricity demand at Ardagh\u2019s glass manufacturing plant.<\/p>\n<p>AGP-North America president and CEO Brian Brandstatter said: \u201cThis renewable electricity project in Madera is a testament to Ardagh\u2019s commitment to sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeyond protecting the environment, we are investing in our local community and our customers.
