Ian wanted to bring to market tasty ravioli he\u2019s had in restaurants, but with the convenience of being ready-made and available frozen.<\/p>\n<p>Working with his chef friend Joe Sato, the duo tinkered with recipes to bring delicious ravioli to the masses.
