Once at full capacity, the facility will employ 50 people.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(41, 105, 176);\">Sustainable Trays and Cushioning Solutions<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Specializing in thin-gauge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.packagingstrategies.com\/articles\/105256-watttron-solution-optimizes-thermoformed-packaging-with-mono-materials\" id=\"\">thermoforming<\/a>, the facility will produce <a href=\"https:\/\/www.packagingstrategies.com\/articles\/104839-klockner-pentaplast-earns-recyclass-traceability-certification-for-trays\" id=\"\">recyclable trays<\/a> and cushioning solutions designed to optimize primary packaging. By leveraging automatic thermoforming technology, the operation enables scalable production while addressing industry demands for cost-effective and environmentally friendly packaging.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(41, 105, 176);\">Engineering-Driven Sustainable Packaging Solutions<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Nefab\u2019s new facility streamlines the entire packaging lifecycle\u2014from design and production to recycling\u2014under one roof. The in-house engineering team develops durable, material-efficient packaging solutions tailored to customer needs. Using proprietary tooling, the facility produces customized packaging that optimizes fit, performance, and sustainability.
