The QL-425 supports A4-width media while the QL-435 is compatible with A3-width materials.

Both are intended for professional label printing in light production environments, offering flexibility for a wide range of users.

These digital presses are tailored for label converters, brand owners, and print service providers managing medium-volume print runs.

With advanced automation and integrated support tools, these systems aim to streamline operations and support growth for users.

AstroNova CEO Greg Woods said: “This lineup isn’t just a refresh – it’s a complete rethink of what medium-volume production can look like. We’ve designed these machines to give converters and PSPs [print service providers] the edge they need: more control, more uptime, and significantly lower operating costs.

“Because of the flexibility of our new print engine system, there is greater commonality of components across our products, enabling further flexibility for support and future upgrades that address inventory requirements for the users and ourselves.

“We have been rapidly making changes at AstroNova to improve our financial performance. Simplifying the executive team enables improved communication, clearer lines of accountability and faster decision making. We expect this will continue to be demonstrated as we move through fiscal 2026.”

Sign up for our daily news round-up!

Give your business an edge with our leading industry insights.

Source link

The VP-800 can print on corrugated cardboard, die-cut boxes, plain or padded envelopes, paper bags, and even wood.
