Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed. Novvia is backed by Kelso &amp; Company (\u201cKelso\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1964 and headquartered in Fishkill, NY, GHI primarily serves customers in the consumer beauty and fragrance markets. The combination strengthens Novvia\u2019s presence in consumer packaging distribution following the company\u2019s January 2025 acquisition of Saxco, and its simultaneous launching of Novvia\u2019s consumer product distribution division.<\/p>\n<p>Jason Clerke, owner of GHI, will continue to run the business and manage day-to-day operations. \u201cWe are thrilled to partner with Novvia to support our continued growth,\u201d said Clerke. \u201cWe look forward to leveraging Novvia\u2019s strong supplier relationships and resources to continue to provide value to our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The transaction marks Novvia\u2019s first consumer-oriented acquisition since its acquisition of Saxco in January 2025. \u201cSince acquiring Saxco, we have been focused on identifying complementary consumer businesses and end markets with strong and durable growth profiles, diverse supply bases, and high degrees of fragmentation.
