Credit: MOLPIX\/Shutterstock.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"drop-cap\">Duni Group, a supplier of dining and food packaging solutions,\u00a0has acquired an 80% stake in LinePack, a Finnish company specialising in automated packaging solutions for the food industry, strengthening Duni\u2019s Food Packaging Solutions division.<\/p>\n<p>            <!-- sponsored-whitepaper sponsored hidden sponsored-with-form --><\/p>\n<p>The acquisition will also enhance Duni\u2019s Duniform brand by integrating advanced technology and local Finnish expertise.<\/p>\n<p>LinePack\u2019s incorporation into Duni Group is expected to double the latter\u2019s food packaging revenue in the Finnish market.<\/p>\n<p>This acquisition will enable Duni Group to offer a more comprehensive and technically sophisticated range of products and services, backed by in-depth technical knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>Duni Group Food Packaging Solutions chief officer Nicklas Lauwell said: \u201cLinePack has built a strong position through technical excellence and close customer relationships.
