The best ones can even stand alone, properly satiating that munchies urge.<\/p>\n<p>Xochitl (pronounced \u201cso-cheel\u201d), founded in 1995, is a premium, craft brand of tortilla chips and salsas that counts late-night host Jimmy Fallon among its many fans. Unlike competitors who buy corn flour to make their chips, Xochitl starts with whole-grain corn that it cooks and soaks overnight in lime water before turning it into dough, where they are eventually baked and quick-fried.
