It also includes confectionery brands like Jelly Belly<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, NERDS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, and Trolli<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> as well as frozen treat brands like Blue Bunny<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, Bomb Pop<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, and Halo Top<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Drawing upon its previous successful acquisitions in the United States, Ferrero plans to invest in and grow WK Kellogg Co\u2019s iconic brands including Kellogg\u2019s Frosted Flakes\u00ae, Kellogg\u2019s Froot Loops\u00ae, Kellogg\u2019s Frosted Mini Wheats\u00ae, Kellogg\u2019s Special K\u00ae, Kellogg\u2019s Rice Krispies\u00ae, Kellogg\u2019s Raisin Bran\u00ae, Kashi\u00ae, Bear Naked\u00ae, and more.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am thrilled to welcome WK Kellogg Co to the Ferrero Group. This is more than just an acquisition\u2014it represents the coming together of two companies, each with a proud legacy and generations of loyal consumers,&#8221; said Giovanni Ferrero, Executive Chairman of the Ferrero Group.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>\n<strong>Transaction Details<\/strong> <\/h3>\n<p>Under the terms of the agreement, Ferrero will acquire all outstanding equity of WK Kellogg Co for $23.00 per share in cash, representing a total enterprise value of $3.1 billion.
