PlatinumOPP\u2122 48 ga Gloss Film and PlatinumOPP\u2122 48 ga Matte Film are manufactured with a special coating that makes them highly receptive to JetFX, hot and cold foil stamping, overprint varnish, and many other embellishment technologies.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The new high-dyne matte and gloss lamination have been spectacular when used with our JetFX systems,\u201d said Patrick Beetler, Lead Converter Technician at Labels on Demand, after test running the new Nobelus films. \u201cWe have been able to produce clean and crisp high-build products that have exceeded expectations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The films are available in both a crystal-clear gloss and a non-reflective matte finish that provides a striking contrast with embellishments. Flexible packaging converters can use these films to offer brands unique, highly decorated pillow bags, sachets, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.packagingstrategies.com\/keywords\/5668-stick-packs\" id=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">stick packs<\/a>, and many other types of packaging formats.<\/p>\n<p>Roy Langlois, Product Manager at <a href=\"https:\/\/nobelus.com\/\" id=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Nobelus<\/a>, says, \u201cSpot varnish and other embellishments can make a significant difference for label and packaging converters in highly competitive markets. These new coated films will help converters stand out with full assurance in the quality of their value-add design elements.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Like other films in the Nobelus film portfolio, these OPP products include no adhesive layer and support reverse printing.
