The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE), the Western Hemisphere\u2019s largest and most comprehensive baking event, is expanding its partnership with Mexipan, Latin America\u2019s leading baking trade show, to bring Chef Talks to IBIE 2025<\/a>. The dynamic speaker series, known for spotlighting culinary innovation and industry dialogue, will make its U.S. debut as part of IBIEducate\u2019s growing international programming.<\/p>\n Recognized across Mexico and Latin America as a creative platform for dialogue, inspiration and professional development, Chef Talks features some of the region\u2019s most respected chefs, pastry artisans, and baking entrepreneurs. These thought leaders will share their perspectives on industry trends, product development, sustainability, and more\u2014offering the IBIE audience access to new voices and ideas shaping the future of baking.<\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019re honored to collaborate with IBIE to bring Chef Talks to a global stage,\u201d said Amador M\u00e9ndez, president of the National Association of Suppliers of the Bread Industry (ANPROPAN) and Mexipan. \u201cOur mission has always been to spark conversations that connect creativity with industry advancement.
