Sabert Corporation Europe has acquired UK-based Colpac, which offers sustainable paperboard packaging solutions.<\/p>\n
The acquisition was finalised on 31 July 2025.<\/p>\n
Established in 1937 and located in Flitwick, Bedfordshire, Colpac serves customers in the food-to-go foodservice and industrial markets.<\/p>\n
The acquisition is expected to enhance Sabert\u2019s position in the sustainable food packaging sector within the UK and other markets.<\/p>\n
Colpac managing director Andrew Grimbaldeston said: \u201cColpac\u2019s team, heritage, and specialist paperboard expertise are a perfect complement to Sabert\u2019s portfolio. Together, we are better equipped to serve customers with a broad, innovative, and sustainable range of food packaging solutions.\u201d<\/p>\n
Sabert stated that Colpac\u2019s established capabilities in design and manufacturing align well with its operational goals.<\/p>\n
