Prime Label Group has acquired Arti-Bau, a digital label printing company located in Lower Silesia, Poland.<\/p>\n
Founded in 2012, Arti-Bau is said to have transitioned from a local manufacturer to a significant player in the Polish packaging industry.<\/p>\n
The company produces self-adhesive labels using inkjet technology.<\/p>\n
The company has reportedly prioritised innovation to meet the increasing market demand for personalised products and flexible services.<\/p>\n
It is claimed to have launched Europe\u2019s first hybrid label printing machine, which enables the efficient production of low-volume print runs.<\/p>\n
Currently, Arti-Bau is extending its operations into Polish- and German-speaking countries, utilising its expertise in the field.<\/p>\n
Arti-Bau management board president Monika Stefa\u0144ska said: \u201cJoining a dynamic, European-scale group like Prime Label opens new perspectives for us.<\/p>\n
\u201cPrime Label, like us, focuses on people and their advancement as they are the reason we are growing faster than our competitors.\u201d<\/p>\n
The acquisition of Arti-Bau is expected to bolster Prime Label\u2019s capabilities in digital label production.<\/p>\n
Prime Label Group CEO Arkadiusz Sapiecha said: \u201cSince 2019, we have been consistently building our position as the leading manufacturer of a wide range of labels in Central and Eastern Europe, using various printing technologies, including digital, offset, and flexo.<\/p>\n
\u201c2024 was a breakthrough year for us \u2013 our sales exceeded \u20ac100m, placing us among the largest label manufacturers in Europe.\u201d<\/p>\n
Prime Label Group, which operates under the control of the Innova\/6 SCA SICAV private equity fund, marks this as its eighth acquisition facilitated by Innova Capital.<\/p>\n
In recent years, Prime Label has pursued growth through mergers and acquisitions, expanding its service offerings and geographic presence.<\/p>\n
This strategy has enabled the acquisition of new customers in the DACH (Switzerland, Austria, Germany) region and Scandinavia.<\/p>\n
