Credit: Polykar Industries.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"drop-cap\">MontClerc Capital has acquired a minority stake in Polykar, a Canadian manufacturer specialising in sustainable flexible packaging solutions.<\/p>\n<p>This strategic investment is intended to enhance Polykar\u2019s growth in the North American market.<\/p>\n<p>The financial backing is expected to enhance Polykar\u2019s production capabilities and expedite the creation of new eco-friendly packaging options in response to increasing market demand.<\/p>\n<p>Polykar specialises in polyethylene (PE) film for converters, as well as various food and industrial packaging products.<\/p>\n<p>The company\u2019s product portfolio also includes recycled waste bags and certified-compostable bags and films.<\/p>\n<p>Polykar president and CEO Amir Karim said: \u201cOver the last\u00a035 years, we have built a resilient company founded on innovation and operational excellence.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith the support of MontClerc Capital, we are ready to invest in advanced manufacturing technologies and to take part in the consolidation of our industry.
