Aluminium packaging solutions provider Ball Corporation has announced the commencement of a public offering of senior notes valued at $750m, due in 2033.<\/p>\n

The company will allocate the net proceeds from the offering towards general corporate purposes such as the refinancing or repayment of existing debt.<\/p>\n

Ball plans to repay its outstanding borrowings under its US dollar and multicurrency revolving credit facilities.<\/p>\n

This repayment will be executed using a portion of the net proceeds from the offering, supplemented by cash on hand, without reducing the facilities\u2019 commitments.<\/p>\n

The offering\u2019s specifics, including the amount, terms, and timing, will be determined based on prevailing market conditions and other factors.<\/p>\n

The management of Ball retains discretion over the exact use and timing of the proceeds.<\/p>\n

BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup Global Markets, and Morgan Stanley are collaborating as global coordinators and joint book-running managers for the notes offering.<\/p>\n

Ball is a provider of sustainable aluminium packaging solutions catering to the beverage, personal care, and household products sectors.<\/p>\n

With a global workforce of 16,000, the company reported net sales of $11.8bn for 2024, a figure that does not include its divested aerospace business.<\/p>\n

This May, Ball reported net sales of $3.09bn for the first quarter of 2025<\/a>, marking a 7.7% rise from $2.87bn in the same period last year.<\/p>\n

Ball expressed confidence in meeting its 2025 goals, projecting an 11-14% growth in comparable diluted earnings per share for the year.<\/p>\n

The subsequent month, Ball partnered with A\u00e7a\u00ed Motion<\/a>, a Brazilian brand of natural energy drinks, to introduce a new line of sustainable aluminium cans, certified by the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative.<\/p>\n
