Credit: PeopleImages.com \u2013 Yuri A\/Shutterstock.com.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"drop-cap\">Brook + Whittle, a North American sustainable packaging solutions provider, has completed a refinancing transaction to fuel growth and sustainability initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>            <!-- sponsored-whitepaper sponsored hidden sponsored-with-form --><\/p>\n<p>This strategic financial move has secured the company $130m in new capital, alongside establishing a new revolving credit facility and extending its debt maturity.<\/p>\n<p>Brook + Whittle CEO Mark Pollard said: \u201cThe successful completion of this transaction underscores the confidence our capital partners have in our team and strategy, providing the company with the capital and financial flexibility needed to navigate the current market, deepen our investments in sustainability, execute our value creation strategy, and continue delivering best-in-class packaging solutions to our customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are grateful for the strong support of our stakeholders and look forward to our future success as we focus on our growth strategy, further enhancing our capabilities and product offerings.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The company said this transaction empowers it to pursue both near- and long-term growth strategies more effectively.<\/p>\n<p>Brook + Whittle manufactures pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, flexible packaging, and heat transfer labels. It operates from 14 locations across the US.<\/p>\n<p>This January, the company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.packaging-gateway.com\/news\/brook-whittle-acquires-stouse\/\" target=\"_blank\">acquired Stouse<\/a>, a manufacturer and supplier of decals, labels, and promotional printed items.
