Packaging machine manufacturer PAC Machinery, in collaboration with MSD Sales and CMES Robotics, will demonstrate two next-generation automated bagging and robotic solutions at PACK EXPO Las Vegas.<\/p>\n

The expo is due to be held from 29 September to 1 October 2025.<\/p>\n

The live demonstrations will feature PAC Machinery\u2019s automatic baggers, including a model that supports both paper and poly materials, offering complete solutions for order fulfilment packaging.<\/p>\n

The advanced technologies will include automated kitting, piece picking, and feeding systems, all designed to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.<\/p>\n

One exhibit will highlight the Rollbag R785 Automatic Bagger, equipped with a thermal transfer printer for on-the-bag printing, integrated with the Kitamatic part management system.<\/p>\n

The Kitamatic system utilises circular flex feeding, vision-guided robotics, and user-friendly software for efficient multi-part kit building, handling a variety of parts with ease.<\/p>\n

PAC Machinery president Greg Berguig said: \u201cPAC Machinery\u2019s strategic collaborations with MSD and CMES don\u2019t just showcase automation, we\u2019re demonstrating the future of packaging.<\/p>\n

The second collaboration will present the Rollbag R3200 Paper Bagging System, compatible with both paper and poly packaging materials, integrated with CMES Robotics\u2019 AI-powered piece picking and packing technology.<\/p>\n

The combined system responds to the demand for sustainable, high-throughput automation solutions that minimise manual labour.<\/p>\n
