Indian company Printpanache Packaging Solutions (PPS) has upgraded its production capabilities with the installation of a Rhyguan SMART-450 slitter-rewinder system, supplied by Flexo Image Graphics.<\/p>\n

This new addition is equipped with a Luster camera for complete fault detection.<\/p>\n

The Rhyguan SMART-450 machine integrates advanced servo technology for optimal web control. <\/p>\n

The system\u2019s ability to adjust web tension for both unwind and rewind sections independently ensures precision in the slitting and rewinding process.<\/p>\n

The system has 450mm of web width with a reinspection capability of up to 300m per minute.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the Rhyguan SMART-450 system is equipped with high-precision slitting knives that can handle a wide variety of materials, making it suitable for diverse applications. <\/p>\n

Its automated fault detection feature halts faulty products such as labels on the inspection table, allowing for immediate corrective action and improved productivity.<\/p>\n

With over three decades of industry experience, PPS caters to a wide range of industries, including the food and beverage, personal care, household goods, automotive, and pharmaceutical sectors.<\/p>\n
