Nonetheless, bottled water is big business, and\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.beveragemarketing.com\/news-detail.asp?id=486\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">according<\/a>\u00a0to industry trade group Beverage Marketing Corporation, it\u2019s the most popular drink Americans choose to quench their thirst. The non-profit USA Facts, using data from the Centers for Disease Control,\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/usafacts.org\/data-projects\/beverages\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">found<\/a>\u00a0that more than half of all beverages consumed by adults and teens in the US are water, either bottled or unbottled. Sodas and coffee don\u2019t even come close. Soda makes up 11% of beverage consumption by teens, versus 64% for water. In adults, 14% of drinks are coffee; water makes up 54%.<\/p>\n<p>All of this feels like a no-brainer.
