German packaging solutions provider Eutecma has appointed Kevin Grogan as CEO to oversee the company\u2019s expansion.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The company designs eco-friendly, modular and reusable packaging solutions that maintain temperature control for pharmaceutical cold-chain deliveries.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Grogan has 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare and foodservice packaging across North America, Asia and Europe.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Most recently, he worked as president of RLG Healthcare, a division of Resource Label Group. He has also held senior positions at MedLit Solutions, Liquibox, DS Smith Plastics, Pactiv Evergreen and ThermoSafe.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Grogan stated: \u201cI am thrilled to join Eutecma at such a pivotal moment for the healthcare industry \u2013 so many lifesaving and life-sustaining therapies are reaching the market and engineered insulated packaging solutions play a critical part in their success.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Founded in 2008, Eutecma\u2019s sustainable passive cooling systems are designed to enhance transportation and logistics efficiency for clients in the pharmaceutical, medical and laboratory diagnostics sectors.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The company highlights its \u201cretecma\u201d technology as \u201ca unique, patented solution to enabling packaging materials to thrive in the circular economy,\u201d a process which keeps materials in use for longer while reducing CO\u2082\u00a0emissions and offering clients real-time reduction data.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In June 2025, Great Point Partners (GPP) acquired a majority stake<\/a> in Eutecma.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

GPP, a private investment company based in Greenwich in the US state of Connecticut, specialises in the healthcare sector.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

It has a strong track record in the pharmaceutical packaging industry, highlighted by its previous investment in Softbox Systems, a UK-based global provider of passive temperature-controlled packaging solutions.\u00a0<\/p>\n

GPP principal Eddie Hjerpe stated: \u201cWe are excited to bring Grogan on board as Eutecma\u2019s CEO.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
