Designed to meet How2Recycle\u00ae guidelines for store drop-off recycling and validated with a prequalification letter, the matte-finish film is the latest innovation developed through CNG\u2019s material science expertise.<\/p>\n Manufactured using CNG\u2019s next-generation MDO platform, the new GreenArrow\u2122 matte MDO-PE print film integrates a premium matte aesthetic directly into the material, eliminating the need for secondary coatings or overprint varnishes. The result is a cost-effective solution that simplifies operations, ensures consistent machineability and enables faster turnaround for converters and consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands.<\/p>\n CNG<\/a> currently operates multiple MDO-PE lines across its Milton, Wisconsin, and Lexington, Ohio, sites, giving the company the broadest capability set in North America to meet growing demand for GreenArrow\u2122 recycle-ready solutions. In this process, the film is stretched in the machine direction to enhance strength, stiffness, and heat resistance while reducing material usage. The result is thinner gauges, greater efficiency in high-speed converting, and stronger package integrity \u2014 all achieved without sacrificing durability.
