Lot traceability codes, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.packagingstrategies.com\/keywords\/3844-qr-codes\" id=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">QR codes<\/a>, bar codes and other serialization data are automatically printed or laser marked on the bottle bottoms without slowing the line speed, diverting or rotating the bottles, or involving any staff.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c21 CFR 111 and 21 CFR 117 are two of the most frequently enforced federal regulations in our industry,\u201d says Caylin Cuillier, SVP, Quality and Operations for nutraceutical manufacturer Western Botanicals, Spanish Fork, Utah. \u201cThe bottomless conveyors with ink jet printers allow for in-line traceability that helps us meet and exceed those requirements while being able to maintain the throughput that we need to satisfy customer demand.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Bottomless Conveyor is manufactured at Deitz Company&#8217;s Wall, New Jersey, headquarters and may be tested with a choice of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.packagingstrategies.com\/topics\/2674-cans-bottles\" id=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">bottles<\/a> and printers on the company&#8217;s in-house testing\/training packaging line.
