Mondi has collaborated with T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s \u00d6zler Tar\u0131m, an exporter of fresh fruits and vegetables, to jointly develop a recyclable corrugated packaging offering.<\/p>\n

The solution has a double-wall corrugated fibre build and a flat, stackable configuration, which supports streamlined manufacturing, warehousing and transport.<\/p>\n

The aim is to safeguard produce over extended shipping distances.<\/p>\n

Built to resist moisture, stacking loads and the rigours of extended ocean voyages, the packaging guarantees that fresh goods are delivered without damage.<\/p>\n

Ozler Tar\u0131m\u00a0planning and supply chain manager\u00a0Mehtap IncesOz stated: \u201cMondi\u2019s recyclable corrugated solution aligns perfectly with our environmentally conscious export model.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Turkish companies exports to markets such as Canada, the US and UK, Europe and East Asia.<\/p>\n

The implementation of the solution has driven a 15% rise in output capacity at \u00d6zler Tar\u0131m\u2019s Adana site, while addressing challenges such as carton failures and claims for harm.<\/p>\n

The greater resilience cuts down on food spoilage.<\/p>\n

Mondi Corrugated T\u00fcrkiye sales and marketing director\u00a0Metin Morhayim stated: \u201cEvery customer has unique needs, and we believe packaging should serve as a strategic tool, not just a protective layer.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith \u00d6zler Tar\u0131m we were able to combine technical innovation with a deep understanding of their production flow and export demands.\u201d<\/p>\n

In August 2025, Mondi introduced a paper-based solution<\/a>, FunctionalBarrier Paper Ultimate, which delivers safeguards against oxygen, water vapour and grease.<\/p>\n

The high\u00a0barrier capabilities of the solution make it apt for packaging diverse items, such as instant coffee sticks, tea sachets, dried food seasonings and cereal bars.<\/p>\n

In early 2025, the company rolled out a sustainable, high-barrier paper bag<\/a>, the PaperPlus Bag Advanced, designed to protect humidity-sensitive goods.<\/p>\n
