Made by J.M. Smucker\u2019s, they\u2019ve become a hit with kids, as one might expect, but also apparently NFL athletes. They\u2019re also a cash cow for Smucker\u2019s as they\u2019re now considered a\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/thedieline.com\/uncrustables-aka-everyones-favorite-snack-just-got-a-brand-refresh-from-soulsight\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">billion-dollar<\/a>\u00a0brand.<\/p>\n<p>So it\u2019s not all that shocking that J.M. Smucker\u2019s would take umbrage at anyone muscling in on their PB&amp;J pouch business. On October 13, 2025, Smucker\u2019s filed a lawsuit in federal court against retailer Trader Joe\u2019s, alleging trademark infringement.<\/p>\n<p>Trader Joe\u2019s sells a private-label crustless PB&amp;J sandwich that is similar in concept to Uncrustables.
