Veritiv Operating Company, a provider of speciality packaging distribution, facility solutions and print products, has acquired Packaging Solutions, a supplier of customised packaging products and services across southern California.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Alston & Bird was legal adviser to Veritiv on the transaction.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The deal represents an expansion of Veritiv\u2019s operations in the southern California market, through the integration of Packaging Solutions\u2019 offerings.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In September 2025, Veritiv acquired Subotnick Packaging<\/a>, based \u00a0in the US state of Oregon.<\/p>\n

Subotnick is a distributor of packaging products and equipment.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In the same month, Veritiv purchased the packaging distribution division of S Walter Packaging.<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n

Established in 1904, S Walter offers custom packaging solutions to the retail, hospitality, food and beverage, and fashion markets.\u00a0<\/p>\n

With 110 employees, it operates facilities in Trevose and Shoemakersville, Pennsylvania.\u00a0<\/p>\n
