Sitma USA, a Tecnau company, has expanded its tie-up with Ricoh USA to provide end-to-end solutions for packaging, mailing and fulfilment operations.<\/p>\n

Tecnau specialises in paper handling, processing and finishing systems for the digital printing market.<\/p>\n

Ricoh will be a key partner for the sales, integration and servicing of Sitma\u2019s packaging and wrapping systems.<\/p>\n

The collaboration enhances the companies\u2019 existing relationship and expands Ricoh\u2019s capability to offer customers complete workflow solutions from print production to final packaging.<\/p>\n

RICOH Graphic Communications strategic sales and business development vice-president Derrick Rankin stated: \u201cWe\u2019re excited to take our partnership with Sitma to the next level.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sitma USA supplies automated packaging systems for high-volume print, mail and e-commerce industries.<\/p>\n

Its portfolio includes wrapping systems for poly and paper materials, modular packaging lines, parcel sorting systems and workflow integration with print and finishing processes.<\/p>\n

This expanded partnership builds on previous joint projects, including a major enterprise installation in which Ricoh played a central role in implementing a customised Sitma system.<\/p>\n

Tecnau and Sitma product marketing director Scott Peterson stated: \u201cThis is a great step forward for Sitma and Ricoh.\u00a0<\/p>\n
